After the fourth Republican presidential debate, it is clear that the Republican Party will never be led by Vivek Ramaswamy. His candidacy, which might once have seemed a welcome gust of fresh air, has dwindled into a third-rate imitation of former President Donald Trump’s greatest conspiratorial hits.
Anthony Kapel “Van” Jones is in the wrong career. He masquerades as a CNN political analyst but should arguably have a career in the arts. After years of performative politics and fake outrage in front of a camera, Jones deserves recognition and accolades for being an outstanding actor. His crocodile tears and “shaking” on CNN’s talk shows are arguably rivaled only by left-wing acting legends such as Robert de Niro and Rob Reiner. Earlier this week, the performative actor was at it again. Jones’s latest target: Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
It was not Hunter Biden's abuse of women, child neglect, drug addiction, or even his rank corruption that led him to face actual time in prison. Instead, the first son's hubris led him to blow up the sweetheart plea deal of the century because it would not protect him from even a potential investigation into whether he violated foreign agent registration restrictions. Now, a second set of indictments has thrown another scandal into his father's beleaguered reelection campaign.
