Two congressional Republicans from Georgia have introduced impeachment resolutions against a federal judge in Atlanta who was disciplined after an investigation found she had sex with a police officer in her chambers, attended a partisan political event and lied to investigators looking into the alleged misconduct.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan blasted the center at a Tuesday hearing over allegations that an SPLC employee who oversaw millions in payments to "field sources" was living with a paid informant, a member of the neo-Nazi group National Alliance.
